Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to analyse the passage of natural resources centralized management to their self-governance in Madagascar. It also examines the associated issues to the coordination of several stakeholders and institutions in the framework of a comparative analysis between the forest of Manjakatompo and Mikea's dry forest.
