Abstract:
A Study in Mediterranean Fruits and Vegetables Production Sector Using labor market segmentation theory, the study of fruits and vegetables intensive production in capitalistic family farms brings an empirical knowledge of secondary labor market segment. The research is located in mediterranean regions, where immigrants workers are strongly employed. The use of these precarious workers is an essential factor for fruits and vegetables production unit competitivity
