Protocole de Kyoto et gouvernance écologique mondiale: enjeux et perspectives des engagements post-2012

Abstract:
This paper examines on what conditions the South countries may be associated to the collective efforts to reduce greenhouse gases and the North may accept more drastic commitments for subsequent periods (post-2012). What is at stake is both to broaden and to strengthen the quantified targets within the Kyoto Protocol. This implies that equitable commitments based on a progressive contraction-convergence of emissions may be defined.
