Abstract:
The natural disasters, combination of a natural phenomenon and the vulnerability of the touched populations, result, in terms of diagnosis, by deaths and massive destruction of infrastructures. In this type of context, the operationnality of the humanitarian organizations depends primarily on the logistic action. The analysis relates on MSF logistic method, its performance and the decisions taken in the case of the earthquake in Pakistan in October 2005.
