Abstract:
This papers aims to analyse institutional reality of ASEAN+3 in an approach of International Political Economics (IPE). It relies on the application of two concepts on a regional scale : International Public Good (IPG) and International Regime (IR). So, the set up of their own implements can be interpreted as the revealing of a need to produce a regional public good, monetary and financial stability in the zone. The concept of IR allows then to qualify the modalities of production of this Public Good.
