Abstract:
The main target of this article is to make an analysis of different Turkish contexts and institutions in which the perception of development by the categories of actors and groups is spreading out, is building up, in short, is being defined. In other words, it aims at wonder, by standing on a long-term historical perspective, about ownership, processing, and the use of concept of development in Turkey by different actors and on the conditions, reasons and consequences of these processes.
