Abstract:
This article introduces the volume dedicated to popular initiatives of international solidarity setting up by citizens in Belgium, in France as in Netherlands. The author underlines a set of stakes which represents the emergence of these initiatives for the international cooperation, in particular in term of efficiency and professionalization of aid and the partnerships within development projects.
