Mondes en développement, 2013, vol. n°161, issue 1, 19-32
Abstract:
Given the increasing number and the diversity of actors who today invest the field of development cooperation, we surveyed 171 popular initiatives of international solidarity in Wallonia and Brussels regions. This article aims to profile these actors and the issues they face in implementing their projects, as the one of professionalization which seems to be a key issue for the future.
