Abstract:
The paper draws the first lessons of a public-private partnership (PPP) related to the financing of an agri-food SME in Burkina Faso. It shows that if the PPP has actually facilated the establishment and operation of the enterprise, the sustainability of the balance between the public partners? development goals and the private partners? profitability objectives remains unsolvable.
