Libre-échange et changements climatiques: “soutien mutuel” ou divergence ?
Mehdi Abbas
Mondes en développement, 2013, vol. n° 162, issue 2, 33-48
Abstract:
This article deals with the theoretical and institutional links between the climate change agenda and the globalization. It develops a critical analysis of the mutual supportiveness between free trade and the greenhouse gas emission reductions. This critical analysis paves the way to a second one: the refutation of the mutual supportiveness between the WTO regime and the international climate change regime.
