Abstract:
Several countries bordering the Mediterranean continue to face disparities and inequalities in education. Although progress has been made, illiteracy is not stopped, the quality of education raises many questions, graduate unemployment is high, corruption in education is real. These are all challenges in a context where the public provision of education is forced to face a growing demand.
