Abstract:
Through a field research conducted in Morocco over the past years, this article studies from an anthropological perspective the changes that occur within families, particularly when it comes to take care of the elders. We insist specifically on the several dynamics that govern relationships between generations and genders, and we compare traditional standards to the ones that are currently rising among the young generation.
