Abstract: In the context of sustainable development, aid donors should integrate environmental standards. The environmental effectiveness of the supported programs and projects has to progress. This improvement seems to be influenced by their relationships with environmental NGOs. A strategic typology is proposed to analyze the multiplicity of their relationships and to consider their environmental impact.
