Abstract:
Benin is faced with the question of energy transition, not only to reduce fossil energy dependence but also, and especially, to generalize access of the population to electricity. The development of solar energy programs implemented by the Government of Benin seems insufficient for the moment. In this article, we try to clarify the conditions under which territorial dynamics are constructed in this field, highlighting in particular the motivations of the actors and the main barriers to collective action
