Abstract:
In Algeria, a policy that refers to a bottom-up process has been implemented since 2004 aimed at revitalizing rural areas. Its operational tool is the integrated rural development proximity project (PPDRI). After ten years of implementation, the impact of these policies is questionable. We will use the results of a case study to analyze the organizational and implementation processes of the PPDRI from a territorial development perspective.
