Retour sur la gouvernance territoriale et l’action publique en Algérie: une traduction locale de la politique de renouveau rural

Akli Akerkar

Mondes en développement, 2021, vol. n° 193, issue 1, 129-148

Abstract: This article focuses on the analysis of governance relating to the implementation of the rural renewal policy (RRP) in the wilaya of Bejaïa in Algeria. It aims to highlight the difficulties of the co-construction of territorial public action, their causes, and their consequences. The study shows a sectoral management of the RRP, which results in the marginalization of civil society actors, poor coordination between actors, and weak multisectoral integration.
