Abstract:
More than one out of two mothers reduce or stop working to take care of their children, this article focuses on the impact of public policies on the unequal sharing of family tasks between men and women. If social, fiscal, employment or family policies appear neutral at first, yet they do affect, indirectly, women?s employment.
