Vox populi: la Revue économique au crible d'Internet

Revue économique, 2008, vol. 59, issue 1, 167-185
Abstract:
Internet is disrupting traditional modes of scientific communication. In this new landscape, what is the readership of a publication such as the Revue économique? One consequence of placing it on the Internet is the possibility of discovering some of the actual structure of the demand of articles. It is this information that we try to characterize by studying consultation figures of the Revue économique on the cairn database for the 2006-2007 academic year. This sheds some light on the multiple roles of the Revue économique in today?s Francophone scientific community. Classification JEL : A
