Le rôle de la relation de couple et du soutien du conjoint dans l'entrepreneuriat féminin

Abstract: This article deals with the nature and level of spousal support to female entrepreneurs. Therefore, thanks to an original theoretical framework in management sciences ? the marriage contract theory ? and the analysis of 12 cases of female entrepreneurship in Scandinavia, we argue that the quality of the couple relationship has a clear impact on spousal support to female entrepreneurship and that female entrepreneurship can either improve or deteriorate such a relationship. Four configurations are identified and discussed.
