Abstract:
Since women entrepreneur typology doesn?t exist in the literature, the aim of this article is to propose a gender entrepreneur typology thanks to a literature review on the typology of entrepreneurs in general and the characteristics of women entrepreneurs. Thanks to our research, we found that it exists a women entrepreneur typology and it is very different from the ?male? entrepreneurs one. So, we can propose different types of women entrepreneurs : democratic and interactive, balance between professional and personal life, less efficient, horizontal and participative management style, altruistic, thrifty ones, looking for safety, informal networks, attracted by wealth, human and social, ethic, persistence, sense of saving, relational ease, bold, leadership.
