Saisir l’agir entrepreneurial en agriculture: une analyse de l’apprentissage à la commercialisation en circuits courts par la trajectoire de projet

Abstract: Although processual approaches of farmer entrepreneurship are developing, they often focus on issues of identity construction. Our contribution invites researchers to shift their stance toward entrepreneuring in agriculture. To understand more about entrepreneuring in agriculture, we draw on three interviews conducted with farmers who switched to short food supply chains, analyzing their project trajectory. This analytical framework enables us to reveal the interactions between reflection and action, to understand the context as an actor within the entrepreneurial process, and to consider the overlaps between stages during a trajectory.
