Abstract:
Intrapreneurship, at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and innovation, refers to the internalization of entrepreneurship, especially within large organizations willing to promote innovation internally. We question the « fabrique » of intrapreneurship within organizations, in its individual and collective dimensions and put into perspective the main tensions likely to arise from the integration of intrapreneurial devices within the organization.
