Abstract:
This article aims to better understand the beneficiaries of Microcredit Personnel Garanti through their perception of the offer of Credit Municipal de Nantes (Cmn). Present on both Nantes and Angers, the Cmn is invested in the field of microcredit through the "loan stability", guaranteed by the City of Nantes. This loan is offered in support of an agreement between the Ccas d?Angers and Nantes and Cmn. From an Alceste analysis, the results show a product-centric perception, the presence and the decisive influence of social actors upstream of the device resulting from the inter-organizational cooperation between Ccas and Credit Municipal de Nantes. In spite of a chosen territory of communication, the Mpg weak territorial perception is stressed.
