Transition écologique et numérique. Vers des territoires communs ?
Victor Petit
Revue d'économie régionale et urbaine, 2017, vol. Décembre, issue 5, 797-818
Abstract:
This paper proposes to consider the possibility of gathering digital transition and ecological transition, while noting the fact that the environmental impact of Ict is disastrous. A conceptual opposition will be proposed (ecology of the environment / ecology of the milieu) to illuminate the ambivalence of the relationship between Ict and ecology. The purpose of this paper is to read the current craze for ?common? as the ability to connect these two transitions. Through a number of examples, we will show that the dynamic that occurs around this concept may give rise to an unprecedented territorial experimentation.
