Abstract:
The Schengen borders are today shaken by international geopolitical tensions and international migratory flows. We are interested in the border control arrangements transformation process to understand how the territory is used by the authorities to ensure both filters functions and those permitting the flow of trade. Every function of the border is located at the most efficient place, the scene of cooperation will not be those of exchanges or those of control. So we are seeing a space bursting of the border, organized as a border system fruit of a co-construction of the border between the different stakeholders including public and private, but also on both sides of the border ? to optimize the border Its openness-security duality.
