Abstract:
Numerous works propose the idea of a production of knowledge made in knowledge networks. In an approach centered on the sharing knowledge devices within the networks, we examine the Human Resources strengths of these devices. Among them, the mobility of the researchers and their external cooperation are considered as having to be articulated, according to actors? diverse logics which lead to the production of new social standards. A trend appears then, that of the growing importance of the temporary mobility of the researchers, associated with external cooperation. This evolution, which asks to be measured with solid data, can lead to the hypothesis of a geographical devolution of the production of knowledge, against the consensus on the importance of the geographical proximity in the collective cognitive processes.
