Les transformations de la force de travail à la lumière de l’analyse des proximités

Jacques Perrat

Revue d'économie régionale et urbaine, 2018, vol. Décembre, issue 5, 1287-1312

Abstract: This paper aims at transposing methodologically the analysis of the proximities that structure a territory to the analysis of the labour power in a firm. It allows on the one hand, to precise the different components of the labour power as a system, on the other hand, to identify the respective weight of those components. And that, either in a period of relative stability (primacy of organizational proximities) or in the present period of « digital revolution » (primacy of technological and institutional proximities, open future for the territorial ones). It also allows a better understanding of what is at stake in the evolutions affecting employment, work and territorial development.
