L'actionnaire dirigeant de l'entreprise familiale

José Allouche and Bruno Amann

Revue française de gestion, 2002, vol. 141, issue 5, 109-130

Abstract: The chief executive officer who in the same time is the manager of the family enterprise, must compromise permanently between the managerial rationality and the affectivity which prevails in a system of individual relations. These two poles mutually built-in create a tension which has to be carefully managed.
