L'actionnaire socialement responsable

Roland Pérez

Revue française de gestion, 2002, vol. 141, issue 5, 131-151

Abstract: The first ISR appeared in the United States during the sixties. In France the law concerning the New Economical Regulation, while anticipating the enlargement of the information system which has to be produced by the enterprise in the social and environmental fields, and to encourage the development of a workers?saving fund, leads to the same trend. The ISR is based on the assumption of a widened vision of the enterprise, taking into account the performances, which have been neglected up-to now.
