L'avènement de l'entreprise communicationnelle
Mathieu Detchessahar
Revue française de gestion, 2003, vol. 142, issue 1, 65-84
Abstract:
With the development of the communication inside the enterprise, the author considers the language as a working tool, necessary for the development of the organizations. He sets up a typology of the discussion and of the conversation costs. He is of the opinion that the advent of this communication enterprise is linked to a new employment policy and to the incentive of motivation inside the firm itself.
