Abstract:
Regional operas like the Paris Opera, must take into account the requirements of the economical rationality. The management logic based upon the allocated means, must leave the place on the one hand to the reflection concerning the missions and the targets, and on the other hand to the means needed to reach them. This reflection could lead to the distinction between the creation and the brodcasting of lyrical works, to a more thorough territorial ?grid? of the operas houses, to the conception of strategical alliances and cooperations, and to the adjustment of the public service obligations with the economical requirements.
