Abstract:
The management of patents must stand aside from a purely legal approach. The aim of which is to impose the compliance with the monopolistic rights and to shift to a strategic logic according to which the patent is managed as a fundamental resource which generates a competitive advantage. Complying with this perspective, the management of the protected invention considered as tools and organisation modes appears as a key-stake for the enterprises. The present article aims to giving actually a conspicuous dimension to the organisation of the management of the industrial property and to studying the links between the strategic and organisation strakes of the patent management. It stands on the authority of the case of Air Liquide.
