La renégociation financière des entreprises en difficulté
Éric Séverin
Revue française de gestion, 2006, vol. 166, issue 7, 33-49
Abstract:
This paper deals with the factors able to have an influence on the renegotiation of financial contracts for firms in financial distress. It appears that the intrinsic characteristics of the firm, the design of the contracts and the relationships between firms and banks are essential in the success of restructuring measures.
