Abstract: This article aims at presenting the framework of human resource management practices in ?Euroméditerranée?. This article reflects our researches as part of the Agora project, which aims at identifying human resource management practices in eight countries (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Marocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Slovenia). We will first define main concepts, especially ?Euroméditerranée?, present our framework.
