Abstract:
In the Maghreb, cultural references govern the interpersonal relations within a company and also the relations between a company and other entities. The emphasis on the cultural dimension gives priority to human aspects, however the performance of the company is especially judged through ratio economics. Therefore the question is whether the emphasis on the social dimension should be reduced or at least reconsidered through a process of hybridization?
