Françoise Pierson
Revue française de gestion, 2007, vol. 170, issue 1, 31-43
Abstract:
By putting emphasis on the majority principle, the law of May 04,2004 is at the origin of an in-depth reform of the social negotiation. This text leads us to examine the managerial and ethical stakes of the company level bargaining. According to Paul Ric?ur?s theory, it is possible to note advances and limits of this law but also the need for a managerial support.
