Abstract:
Defined as the last link between the field and the top management, the first level of management is considered as a turning point within the change management projects. Seen as a natural vehicle for the change management towards the field, this management level does not seem always behave as it. This situation raises the following issue: How to be sure of the total participation and involvement of this management level during the change management process?
