Abstract:
Information Systems Outsourcing has experienced a considerable growth in the last years. Within this trend, the growth of Information Systems Offshore Outsourcing (ISOO) is vertiginous. The aim of this paper is to deepen this new phenomenon : defining this practice, determining its origin and analysing the advantages and risks of ISOO.
