Réformes du cadre législatif et réglementaire des agences de rating

Faïza Bouguerra

Revue française de gestion, 2008, vol. n° 182, issue 2, 63-80

Abstract: In a strong development of the financial markets, some anomalies blamed the quality and the reliability of the financial data. This article, which focuses on the rating trade and the credibility of the rating agencies, tries to think in depth about the following questions: What role do play the main rating actors, who compose the oligopolistic structure of this trade and benefit from the regulation authority?s recognition, in the smooth running of the financial markets? ? Are the reform plans for the trade agencies and their statute going to restructure their legislative and statutory scope?
