Les sept jalons d'une gestion du savoir efficace

Lise Préfontaine, Nathalie Drouin and Jamal Ben Mansour

Revue française de gestion, 2009, vol. n° 197, issue 7, 15-33

Abstract: The emergence of management by project has created new challenges related to the temporary nature of projects and the learning required. This study explores the reality of knowledge management in a multi-project context in four Canadian financial institutions. A seven-step approach to knowledge implementation is proposed, covering three different levels : technological, human and organizational.
