Abstract: Human Ressources managers are now required to report the economic and financial contribution of the decisions and politics they make. But performance measures are full of traps and misunderstandings. Still, more than costs analysis and budgets, risk/return evaluation can be accorded with HR objectives. These difficult liaison could be made easier if reliability and its HR determinants were better known and measured.
