Du monologue au dialogue. Étude de la transformation communicationnelle d'une organisation

Nicolas Arnaud

Revue française de gestion, 2011, vol. n° 210, issue 1, 15-31

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to test empirically Giordano and Giroux?s hypothesis, published in a 1998 RFG issue, according to which monological communication corresponds to a dramatical phase of the life of organizations, and dialogue to the continuous improvement of the practices of modern networked organization. The findings of our research verify this hypothesis, but also prolong the authors? thought and contribute to the school of research which uses communicational approaches to organizations.
