Quel management des DPI dans les business models ouverts ?

Cécile Ayerbe and Valérie Chanal

Revue française de gestion, 2011, vol. n° 210, issue 1, 99-115

Abstract: In Chesbrough?s research, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) play a major role within a so called ?Open Innovation? system for innovative activities. The latter focuses on a renewed approach of IPRs. IPRs are now considered not only as a source of additional revenues, but also as a means of entering new markets thanks to Open Business Models. This article aims at discussing the limits of Chesbrough?s approach while questioning the management of IPRs.
