Abstract:
This paper examines the nature of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), by a field study on the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) in a Social Firm for Habitat (ESH). Action research was undertaken over a period of three years and led to the establishment of an annual strategic dashboard and a monthly reporting system. The contribution of the study is a reflection on the nature of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and instrumentation modes of Social Responsibility piloting (CSR).
