Le balanced scorecard en France. Un outil de communication encore incompris
Stéphane Trébucq
Revue française de gestion, 2011, vol. n° 211, issue 2, 131-143
Abstract:
In a French context, the ?balanced scorecard? is not always well understood or applied. It can be diversely welcome within a same organization, being conceived without any critical thinking, used without any advanced information technologies and no information sharing project. Finally, the power behaviours, some major economic events or the level of financial performance can lead to its rejection or failure.
