Identité, changement et proximité organisationnelle. Une étude comparée d'écoles de gestion européennes

Christophe Lejeune and Alain Vas

Revue française de gestion, 2011, vol. n° 213, issue 4, 171-187

Abstract: This article describes four case studies of identity change within European management schools after a first accreditation failure. Our results show how different sequences of sensemaking and sensegiving processes have appeared within the studied management schools. We discuss then two paths for identity change that should be taken into account for managing change.
