Santé au travail et action dirigeante. Constats et leçons issus de deux sites industriels

Guy Minguet

Revue française de gestion, 2011, vol. n° 214, issue 5, 145-164

Abstract: Management science is increasingly examining the role of corporate management and organisation as determinants of occupational health, but on the contrary pays little attention to the social processes that can have an impact on these determinants. The aim of this article is to examine the link between employee health and well-being and management methods on two industrial sites. Putting the accent on corporate governance legitimacy is to acknowledge the existence of different work organisation and control methods but also, acceptance of a company project and its choices in human and capital resources management.
