Abstract: Since 2001, France has developed a significant legislative armada in order to fight against business crime, mainly in listed firms. If the legislator thought to have stopped this scourge, the stock market crash in 2008 has yet revealed a lot of failures and organised frauds inside corporate governments. We can ask us if the fight against business crime has really been efficient on the period 2000- 2008, especially because her appraisal is a taboo subject. The purpose of this article aims to appreciate the significance and efficiency from owner legislation anti-business crime on the elapsed decade in listed firms.
