Abstract: This paper presents the main results of an action research aiming at the experimentation of a methodological process to support organizational innovation within the framework of the Luxemburgish banking sector. The deployment of this process lies on the co-conception of a common organizational referential, as a genuine ?boundary object? between the knowledge management process, able to regenerate the organizational capabilities, and the problem-solving process, able to detect malfunctions.
