Abstract:
This article questions the responsibility of the researcher in management in focusing on the role of the research in finance in the financial crisis of 2007. Researchers in finance have developed new tools to provide sources of funding for economic activity. This development leads to an overgrazing situation, ie an over-exploitation of resources that conducts finaly to a deterioration of the environment in whole, namely the financial crisis. This article underlines also how institutional environment of researcher in finance influences the orientation of researchs, thus promoting more or less a situation of overgrazing.
